Allfab drives and encourages the skill development of its people.
External training and certification are complimented by a comprehensive internal training program. Certificate IV trainers and assessors develop and deliver a variety of in-house training programs, many leading to formal certification, including but not limited to:·
- Basic Risk Management
- Job Safety Analysis
- Hazard identification
- Elevated Work Platforms
- Forklifts
- Safe use of oxy/acetylene equipment
- Safe use of angle grinders
- Height Safety (including rescue of a person suspended in a harness)
The introduction of Height Safety certified training a number of years ago was a first for the industry, placing Allfab employees at the forefront of a movement to improve industry standards for working at heights.
