Keith Whillock
Keith has been heavily involved in most projects completed within Allfab and has been particularly involved with establishing and maintaining a close working relationship with Bluescope Packaging Products Operational and Maintenance Workforce.
He has given his expertise to such projects as the structural steelwork for Australia’s Parliament House, electrification of the Illawarra Rail Line, Coal Slurry Pumping Test Plant and Washery Extensions at Westcliff Colliery, installation of new lift system at Metropolitan Colliery, and the bucket elevator system for the Rice Marketing Board at Leeton.
Before joining us Keith started work in 1966 with BHP as an apprentice boilermaker. After completing his trade, Keith was engaged as a supervisor working in various departments including the Coke Ovens, Raw Materials, Shipping, Power Station, Blast Furnaces and Open Hearth and later transferred to Whyalla for a short period to complete extensive ship repairs.
In 1984 he relocated to the Illawarra to take up a position with Allfab Constructions spending several years as a site supervisor before transferring to his current position where he is largely responsible for the tendering and control of subcontractors, administering the work and ensuring it is delivered on time and to budget.
