Lynn Lavis
Joining Allfab in 1987, Lynn initially assisted in the development and preparation of the Quality System for certification to AS3902 and was instrumental in restructuring of the current system to AS/NZS ISO 9002.
Since then Lynn has been involved in implementation, maintenance and coordination of employee training for both safety and quality systems. Lynn played a major role in the successful execution of No.4 Quenching Station Agreement where Allfab engaged in an open book partnership with BHP, a Contract worth over $4 Million over 23 days, and most recently the No.5 Blast Furnace Reline valued at $40 Million. Lynn had the dual responsibility of coordinating the project administration and the overall cost control on both contract.
In the past few years Lynn has formulated and negotiated all company enterprise agreements committing the company’s executive management, employees, and unions to achieve a common purpose for management/industrial relations.
Lynn has the ability to work within all levels of the organisation and is an integral part of the changing emphases within Allfab.
