Paul Veitch
Paul has worked in the industry for the past 25 years.
He has led the development of action plans to transform the company’s culture at both senior management and workforce levels. Paul was formerly with Bluescope Steel where he started as an apprentice boilermaker, to ultimately attaining the position of Project Planner for the No.5 Blast Furnace Reline where he had the responsibility of coordinating down periods, administrating contractors, scheduling, and plant commissioning.
Paul took up a Senior Project Manager’s position with Allfab Constructions in 1990 to coordinate the day to day operations of the company.
This led in 1992 to Paul becoming our General Manager with responsibility for managing the entire workforce across our operations. In this role Paul is shaping a competitive strategy, based on developing our people to become more flexible, adaptable and capable of responding to the challenges ahead
