Allfab Constructions Pty Limited have been an integral part of the Bluescope/Transfield Alliance since 2002, providing mechanical maintenance services to the majority of the plant.
Our brief has been to provide Mechanical and Fabrication Services with the aim of improving resource utilisation, achieving a quantum reduction in the costs of maintenance, improving equipment reliability and best practice for maintenance service delivery.
The ability of Allfab to successfully deliver our clients goals has resulted in contract renewal twice since its commencement.
With maintenance, Allfab believe that its personnel should become integral members of the maintenance strategy; providing input to the planning stage to produce important cost savings which show in the smooth running of the tasks and an overall reduction in the downtime of the plant.
Allfab has used its ability to realise cost savings to our client, evaluating maintenance jobs, particularly recurring activities, and made technical improvement suggestions to enable savings in costs and maintenance, and ultimately greater efficiencies in production by minimising downtimes.
